Deuteronomy 29:12-14

¹² Today he is making you his people so that he might be your God, as he promised you and swore under oath with your fathers Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. ¹³ I am not making this covenant, this oath, only with you ¹⁴ who are standing here with us before the Lord, your God, but also with those who are not here today.
